DO NOT BUT FROM HERE!They advertise "the best service", but actually there´s no service at all. Emails are never... answered and after market service does not exist. Also prices are against the consumer law and misleads you to think lower price; but it´s only with finance when they get big interest. With cash you pay more than the car price advertised.read more

Unfortunately my experience was not good. Too "shady" regarding the process once the money was transferred. I am still... with no papers and it's been two months since the car was delivered. They keep telling me that they cannot transfer the car to my name because they do not have the "Ficha Técnica", when clearly it is not needed to complete the procedure. The Salesperson was courteous and offered to help after the sale but this was not true. I regret not having return the car during the first 15 days after the delivery and encourage everyone willing to even consider buying a car from them to be VERY CAREFUL! Ask for copy of all the documents concerning the car before paying, get a "Vehicle Full Report" from DGT before paying.read more

Incredibly misleading website. The prices in bold and on the home page are ONLY if you finance the car. I've never see... a company that charges 20% more for actually paying for a vehicle and it's definitely not easy to figure that out until too late. They quickly and easily take 390 Euros to reserve the car on your credit card and if you have any issue - too bad, money gone. That 390 euros doesn't apply to the car price. It's just their takeaway or something. A "deposit" that is just throwing them money isn't a deposit, it's a fee. It should billed as "our fee" and clearly. I've never seen a deposit not deducted from a price of something that you are asking to hold.Meanwhile, since it turned out that the car was 20% more paying with cash I asked to pay that 20% with card and - nope, they somehow don't have the capability to now take the card for that payment. It's all so shady. The people are slow to respond and offer nothing. Honestly all of this makes me very concerned about the car which is going to arrive. I couldn't afford to give up the 390 euros and so I am just going with it. Horrible buying experience.Update: They payment and delivery process was possibly worse than the rest of it. They sent an email with detailed instructions about how to pay and an exact Euro amount "Price of Car plus services". Which in any language would mean that the services I asked to purchase would have been included. I sent a transfer from my bank which cost me transfer fees and then I was told that the number that THEY sent was not correct. That I owed them 100 more euros and that once again, they couldn't take a credit card (Again - it is insane that they take a credit card for the falsely stated "deposit" (Unexplained FEE) and yet they couldn't take a credit card for the 10 Euros.When the driver arrived with the car we were told that the car would not be given to us unless we made the transfer on the spot - for which I now needed to pay a second fee to my bank, however. the driver had no way to get verification of the payment.Meanwhile - when I sent the original payment of 13.000 plus Euros I was told I would get a confirmation which I never got. Still I never got confirmation from this division of the company.THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.read more

Great experience, great service. When we arrived, there was an English speaking person to assist us with the car we... had seen online. Within less than 30 minutes, we had purchased the car and they helped us with all the required documentation. They delivered the car right to our front door the next day. Good service all around but failed miserably becuase they don't tell you it will take up to three months to get the... 'Permissio de Circulacion'. I bought the car as i needed to return to the UK. I would have bought another car from someone else if i would have known this before. I called once and customer service said they would speed it up, they told me to call again in two days, this time they were completely unhelpful and said they couldn't speed it up. It only takes 10 minutes to do the documents with the Traffico if you do it in person. Uselessread more

Clicars is the hassle free way of buying a secondhand car in Spain. Simple, straightforward and they even deliver to... your home for free.If you are from UK or US ask for Diana Bucur, she speaks english and replies to emails swiftly with all information required.We saw the car we wanted on their website, reserved it, when it came into their warehouse, she called us, we went to inspect it and were happy with it. Purchased it and got it delivered to our home address on the date we wanted.Highly recommend.read more

Incompetent, complete waste of time.We had a reservation to view a 2020 Nissan Qashqai on 10 July 2020. We were called... the day before to confirm the car was ready by Jonathan Ivan Valencia, and then on the day was told by another salesperson David Martínez that they “couldn’t find the car”.We waited almost 3 hours with two small kids in the heat as the incompetent salesman tried to locate the car. We were told “just buy it online and we’ll deliver it to you”.We departed in disgust with two tired and hungry kids and will not be returning to clicars.At least they offered to pay for our taxi home.read more

Giving 1 star is pretty generous considering what we have to deal with. We first bought a car from these guys in... October 2020. Sergio (the sales person) kept trying to sell us a lease with a payment plan and when we said that we do not want a payment plan, that is where the customer service stopped. We live in Valencia and the person who delivered the car to us had to ask us to take her to the metro on the other side of town (shows how they treat their own staff as well).Two months go by and we still hadn't received the official papers for the car. We called and "all of sudden" it was sent. The date stamp on the papers that was sent was the day we called to chase them to send the OFFICIAL car papers which we still hadn't gotten by then.Now, the car had issues with the gear box and had to be taken in for repairs. The car came with a 1 year warranty with additional Ford warranty as well. It wasn't this point until Ford asked for the car maintenance papers that Clicars STILL DID NOT SEND ALL THE REQUIRED PAPERS for the car when we asked.They then pre-approved the repairs for the car but when we sent them the quote, they denied the repair costs because they said that the repairs needed were due to "normal" wear and tear and it is not covered. They also lied about contacting the previous owner for the history papers of the car (which we still dont have) and now we are stuck having to pay for the repairs ourselves even though we have 2 warranties which may as well be for nothing as none of them apply.Having spoken to lawyers, it appears that there is something VERY wrong with the way clicars operates and we will be filling a formal complaint for them to cover the costs of the repair which will be mandated by the court.By all means, avoid buying any cars with these guys and always ALWAYS go to the official dealerships and even test drive cars before deciding. You will most likely be paying the same price anyway and have much better service.read more

I bought a car for 26,000 euros last Friday so far everything was fine. The surprise was the next day when they brought... the vehicle to my home, it turns out that it was scratched by a lot of parts, front back on a handle, a rear-view mirror, two wheels, at no time they warned me I think it is a shame that they bring you a car in these conditions, having paid that money, I told them to take it back and give it to me in the correct conditions, I don't know if they want me to spend that money and on top of that I have to paint on your own to be able to put a full insurance insurance do not trust to buy a vehicle without seeing it why I did not expect this at all I still have no answer about what will happen to my car I am waiting after having paid the full amount of shame carread more

About 1 week ago I went with my partner to see cars and they would advise us, 1 week later we already have the car we... wanted, they are very quick to give you an answer, advise you and carry out all the procedures, buying a car is usually very heavy with long waits and here it has been the opposite.The salesperson who attended us (Francisco Borja Ráigal) was concerned and attentive at all times, warning me of all the steps that were being taken, a kind, friendly and attentive uncle.A 10 to the treatment and the staff.read more
