Continued Delays and Poor Communication for new Q3In May 2022 I contacted JarmAuto to purchase a new AUDI Q3. I was... informed there were 3-4 months delivery time and the longer period was due to the well documented supplychain issues for the Global car industry. During the sales process I was informed the car would be ready for collection end of August or early September.No ongoing communication has been proactively offered. I have only received incomplete updates when I have reached out to the firm. First it was indicated the car would be available early September, then 1st week of October and now AUDI 'hope' the car will be available end of this month. But still no firm delivery date and it feels JarmAuto has only really chased answers in the past couple of weeks after my dissapointed has been made clear to the manager.In case you are buying a new Q3, expect long delivery times and delays, in my case it will be close to 6 months.read more

""PÉSIMO"" ¿no se pueden dar menos Estrellas?Les consulto si tienen un Audi A6 dorado disponible de 2ª mano (+ - de... unos 31.000 €), me confirman que si lo tienen, les aviso que bajo de Bilbao a verlo y cuando llego lo tienen en la azotea y madre mía la sorpresa, sucio e impresentable, ¡¡¡nada que ver con las fotos!!!Hoy darles las gracias a pesar de la pérdida de tiempo que tuve con ellos; menos mal que llevaba preparado para ver más y gracias al mal estado de este acabe cogiendo en otro sitio un A8 precioso y en perfecto estado de presencia cuando fui a verlo.Saludos.read more

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner menos, compré un AUDI A3 justo antes de pandemia, y no ha parado de dar... fallos primero las luces, tardaron en arreglarlo ni se sabe.... y no me dejaban un coche de sustitución porque al parecer deben tener uno solamente, el famoso A1, una vergüenza que pagando el dineral que se paga por un coche nuevo y en garantía y no dispongan de coches de sustitución, ahora nuevamente vuelve a estar en el taller, y nuevamente sin dejarme coche de sustitución, esta vez se paró en seco el coche...un coche con año y medio nuevo y sin dar soluciones, si podéis evitar este concesionario mucho mejor...porque cuando hay fallos ellos no dan solucionesread more

Fui a dejar el coche para la revisión y me atendió con la mascarilla por debajo de la nariz un tal Álvaro. Le pedí... presupuesto y me dijo que me hacía un 15% diciéndome que eso era lo mejor (otras veces me han hecho el 20). No fue capaz después de un rato de darme por escrito el presupuesto y te hacen firmar en una tablet, en la que luego ves que has firmado que renuncias al presupuesto...bueno el tema es que cuando fui a pagar me hicieron el 10%. Me dijeron que es xq no quise cambiar lo frenos. Eso no me lo avisaron a priori y con otras palabras me llamaron mentiroso. En vez de arreglar en eso momento la factura, me dijeron que la próxima vez pidiera que me hicieran un 20%. Señores que no es por la cantidad, es por el detalle y la mala información. Desde luego no lo volveré a llevar allí después de 8 años y mucho menos a mendigar una miseria. Un cliente menos, enhorabuena!read more

Hace unos meses compré un Q5 y el trato de todos, especialmente Bernardo fue inmejorable. Me regalaron una Baca,... cortesía de Jarmauto debido a un error en el anuncio del coche. Al volver a mi ciudad natal, me di cuenta de que no tenía la llave de la baca en el coche y me digeron que fuera al concesionario oficial de mi ciudad y ellos correrían con los gastos.Por falta de profesionalidad del concesionario de mi ciudad, finalmente Jarmauto me ha enviado una Baca completamente nueva...En definitiva, el trato ha sido inmejorable y respecto al coche no tengo ninguna pega.. es el segundo que tengo de este concesionario, y cuando tenga que cambiar, sin duda, volveré a mirar las ofertas que tienen... Al fin y al cabo venden más de 1200 coches al año... Por algo será!La verdad que gente que te atiende en postventa como lo hace Bernardo no se encuentran en todos los sitios, y sin duda, es un factor diferencial.read more

I recently bought a car from this dealership and the truth is that I am quite happy. The treatment has been very good... and they have been very helpful.They have not let me buy the car without trying it and it has been a success to be honest. I picked up a vehicle on 03/26/21, the same day as the pickup, I told the salesperson that the rear wheels seem old and... he tells me that they are fine. I came to visit a car, having called the day before specifying the time. I traveled 80 km from home (160 km round trip) to see a car that cost more than 65,000 euros. The seller gave me the presentation of the car in 5 minutes !!!. In total there were no more than 4 sentences.
